Delete your Look Inwards account

Open the app, sign in to the account you want to delete, then choose Account → Delete account and data. Review the confirmation and select Delete permanently.

Deletion removes your Look Inwards inputs, answers, emoji history, and preferences from the active journal database. It does not delete your Apple or Google account or other apps, including Diary entries outside Inputs. If you have not signed in, the control deletes this device's local journal only.

A minimal identifier and deletion timestamp remain to block stale device uploads. Provider recovery backups and security logs expire under their retention schedules. See the privacy policy for details.

You can also request account deletion without installing the app by emailing selagame59@gmail.com from your account email. Ownership verification may be required.
